Wanting a homemade dessert, but don't have the time to bake and find the local bakery charging more than $100 for a 10" cake!? Look no further. We relocated to DC in Summer 2006 from upstate NY where we had a bakeshop and eatery. I don't ever recall a meal ending without a homemade dessert on the ticket. Large enough to share, and priced reasonably, our cookies, carrot cake, chocolate mousse, and cinnamon rolls quickly became the end of a wonderful meal. Give us 24 hours and you too could take home a freshly made cake, pie, torte, cookie tray, or leavened baked good.

Over the past year in DC we have baked for friends and coworkers and with 2008 here, finally took their advice to open an online bakery to serve the Greater DC Metro Area.

So you have come to the right place if you want fresh baked, never frozen homemade cakes made with real butter, sugar, flour and eggs. We promise to never add any of those "partially hydrognated" ingredients and are happy to accomodate allergies, just let us know.
